Alcemi uses a usage-based billing model designed to scale affordably with your business. You only pay for the value the AI generates.

You can manage your subscription, view your current usage, and change plans directly from the Billing page in the Alcemi Admin Panel.

The 14-Day Free Trial

Every new installation of Alcemi starts with a 14-day free trial that includes up to 250 free conversations. During this period, you have full access to all features so you can evaluate the agent’s impact on your conversion rates and support volume before committing to a paid plan.

How Usage is Counted

Our pricing is tiered based on the number of monthly conversations your customers have with the Alcemi Shopping Agent.

• What counts as a conversation? A single conversation is typically counted as a full interaction session with the AI (around 5 back-and-forth messages).
• Limits: If you exceed the conversation limit of your current tier (or your free trial), the agent will automatically be cut off (disabled on the storefront). You will need to upgrade to a higher tier to restore the agent’s functionality for the remainder of the billing cycle.

Managing Your Plan

From the Billing page, you can:

• See your current plan and how many days are left in your billing cycle.
• Monitor your real-time conversation usage through a progress bar so you are never surprised by overages.
• Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time to better match your store’s seasonal traffic.
